Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is suggested: when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice please call as soon as you realize you will not be able to attend your appointment. That way we can reschedule you for a better time and date. Thank you.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be marked after the second incident. After your third incident of no call no show you will be charged a "no-show" fee. This is because it is respectful to our therapists who used their time to show up and help you.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. You will be charged for the length of the session or the full length of the session depending on the therapists concern.
